Another month, another opportunity for improvements and composing more music. Here are some news about what we've been up to this month.
Music formats
In the past you might have encountered problems playing some of our music on specific audio devices. We have now started offering most of our music products in MP3, WAV and FLAC format, encoded with a bit depth of 16 and a sample rate of 44100 Hz.
This should ensure smooth playback on most devices. You can choose which format you want to download on the download page after your purchase.
Licensing
We are happy to see that our music licenses appeal to many customers. Here are some of the recent changes we have done to make the experience better for you:
We have expanded the selection of music tracks available for licensing.
Woohoo! We have released 4 tracks that can be licensed for free in many commercial (and of course non-commercial) projects. We can't wait to see what you create! Go create something awesome and use the hashtag #soothingrelaxation if you share it online!
You can now find more useful information about each license and music track directly on the product pages. See an example here.
Automatic invoices. In the past you had to reach out to us in order to receive an invoice for your purchase. You can now download your invoices directly from your customer account, order confirmation email and order confirmation page.
For YouTube creators, check out our updated Copyright page for quickly solving copyright issues.
We have added more useful information to our Help Center, so feel free to check it out if you have any questions.
New videos
We are very happy with the videos we released in May. The month started out with a mix of 25 tracks composed by Peder B. Helland. The mix lasts around 3 hours.
We then released a 10 hours long version of Rainy Day for those long nights or if you simply want to create a soothing atmosphere in your house throughout the day.
We then proceeded to release short versions of the tracks Together and Trust Me (Rain Version).
Our last video of the month was a 10 hours long version of The Hidden Valley with added rain and thunder sounds.
Which of the videos we published in May is your favorite? Let us know in the comment section below.
We are looking forward to sharing many exciting news in June as well so stay tuned!
